Are the pieces authentic?
Yes, every piece on our site is authentic. We take pride in sourcing from reputable sources. We also have in-house and third-party authentication services we use to as an extra verification step.

What conditions are the bags in?
As with all pre-loved items, some signs of wear are to be expected. We carefully select and offer pieces in the best condition possible (nothing we wouldn't wear ourselves!).
Please check the Conditions tab of any piece you are interested in for details on wear. Also, review our Condition Guide and compare to the bag you are interested in.
Please note all sales are final so review all details carefully.
Are any purchases final sale?
Due to the nature of selling pre-loved pieces, we are unable to accept returns, therefore all sales are final.
What is the shipping policy?

We only offer shipping to the United States currently.
Processing time is 1–3 business days after purchase. Delivery times vary based on your location and any delays. Once the package leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
Signature verification is included in every order for added security.
As part of our Fraud Prevention Policy, we keep video record of order packaging and drop off as well as signature confirmation upon delivery and built in fraud detection payment
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and valid address for shipment.

When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and any weather or holiday delays, therefore we cannot gaurantee exact delivery times.
Once an order is fulfilled we ship via trusted carriers with tracking numbers and signature verification for added security. If you are unable to meet the delivery for signature verification, you will be notified via the carrier and must pick up the package at the nearest location.
Do take personal sourcing requests?
We're not officially offering personal sourcing services just yet—but it's something we're working toward! In the meantime, if there's a specific vintage piece you're eyeing, feel free to reach out through our Contact Page. We'd love to hear what you're looking for and will absolutely keep it in mind as we source new collections.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
