Shipping policy
We currently offer shipping to the United States only (with hopes to expand very soon)
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and any weather or holiday delays, therefore we cannot gaurantee exact delivery times.
Once an order is fulfilled we ship via trusted carriers with tracking numbers and signature verification for added security. If you are unable to meet the delivery for signature verification, you will be notified via the carrier and must pick up the package at the nearest location.
As part of our Fraud Prevention Policy, we keep video record of order packaging and drop off as well as signature confirmation upon delivery and built in fraud detection payment
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and valid address for shipment. If an piece is return due to this issue, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping fees upon re-delivery
Once the order is with the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or undeliverable packages, delays in delivery or returned packages. If you experience any of these issues please contact admin@vintarivault.com for resolution.
